Business union aimed at improving game streaming tech performance

Gaikai and Bigfoot Networks announce partnership

California-based games streaming firm Gaikai and latency reduction tech company Bigfoot Networks have announced a union with the intention of improving the performance of the latter’s games streaming technology.

No specific details of the partnership were outlined, but Bigfoort did say that its products will automatically recognise the Gaikai service, and further information was promised at a later date.

"Bigfoot Networks’ Killer technology will make any cloud gaming system perform better right now, and we look forward to developing joint technologies that bring those benefits to an even wider audience," said Gaikai CEO Dave Perry.
