Morrisons terminates MBL contract early

Supermarket chain Morrisons has ended its relationship with MBL Group five months early.

The contract termination has happened immediately and by mutual consent. The partnership was originally scheduled to end on September 14th.

MBL announced it was up for sale following the loss of Morrisons. 78 per cent of the company’s turnover in its last financial year was made through its relationship with the supermarket.

Distributor Cinram will now handle Morrisons’ entertainment offering.
