One game underway at indie founded by trio of veterans from now defunct racing game specialist

Ex-Bizarre Creations staff form Hogrocket

Former Bizarre Creations staff have this morning announced their founding of a new indie game developer called Hogrocket.

Based in the north-west, Hogrocket is set to work on developing games for multiple platforms, and currently has one unnamed project underway. The studio has been established by Ben Ward, Pete Collier and Stephen Cakebread.

Scant details emerged today on Twitter, as Ward wrote: "Big news! I’ve started a new games studio with ex-Bizarres".

In the past hour a Hogrocket Twitter feed has emerged, and an official website is now live, revealing that the studio will be supported by a number of freelance staff, and will focus on ‘connected platforms’, including mobile and desktop devices.
