Grasshopper and Ubi taking No More Heroes 2 to North America

Though many believed Goichi Suda’s Grasshopper outfit was partnering with Square Enix for the release of No More Heroes 2, Ubisoft has revealed it will be distributing the Wii title in North America in the first half of 2010.

No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle will once again allow players to get evil with antihero Travis Touchdown. The game will presumably be pushing the Wii hardware further, promising in a press release that the game will task you to fight “multiple bosses simultaneously in bigger-than-ever boss battles.” The game will also allow Travis to duel-wield.

“Ubisoft is excited to bring No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle to North American gamers,” said Tony Key, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Ubisoft. “No More Heroes won countless accolades from both gamers and media alike, making the sequel one of the most anticipated core titles for Wii.”
