UK CHARTS: UFC keeps its grip on the top

UFC 2009: Undisputed has racked up its second consecutive No. 1, despite seeing sales slide 42 per cent.

The fighter is part of an unchanged Top Three, with Pokmon Platinum holding on in second place and EA Sports Active remaining in third.

In terms of new releases, Activision Blizzard’s Guitar Hero: Metallica debuts at No. 4, Sony’s acclaimed action adventure Infamous makes it to No. 5, while Sega’s Virtua Tennis 2009 begins life in eighth position.

Finally, Warner’s Terminator: Salvation lands just outside of the Top Ten in eleventh place.

However, there’s no place in the Top 40 for Oxygen’s PDC Darts 2009 or EA’s Boom Blox: Bash Party, while Nintendo’s Punch-Out!! has yet to make an impact in the Charts.
