Brexit preventing any “formal corporate structural changes”

Eve developer CCP latest to open new London studio

CCP has opened a new studio in London, and its moving its senior management to the UK capital.

The office will be home to around 40 staff, including developers who are currently exploring which type of game they will make, according to MCV.

While the studio will also house senior management, CEO Hilmar Pétursson says that the Iceland branch will remain as the official headquarters of CCP.

Pétursson attributed this partly to the UK’s Brexit strategy, saying that it will not make “any formal corporate structural changes” until that strategy has been decided.

CCP is the third company to open a new studio in London in recent weeks, following Gram Games and Endemol also setting up in the area.
