MLG Xbox 360 app hits today

The Xbox 360 version of Major League Gaming’s app is out today in a handful of territories, including the UK and US.

Xbox Live Gold subscribers in the UK, US, Canada and Australia should have access to the app at some point in the day, according to the eSports organization.

The MLG app provides access to shows from the organization’s recently launched MLG.tv streaming service, as well as daily eSports programming, tournament coverage, and content partner streams. The app will broadcast the upcoming Call of Duty Championship (presented by Xbox), which runs throughout the coming weekend.

An app for Xbox One is also in development and expected to arrive later this year.
