Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut for Wii U is official, offers "striking visual improvements"

Square Enix has officially confirmed Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut for Wii U.

Furthermore, it describes the release as offering striking visual improvements” that make SKU the best looking” version available.

This statement likely does not refer to the already lovely PC version, but is still impressive if the game has bested the visuals seen in the 2011 Xbox 360 and PS3 outings.

It will also include overhauled boss fights – a move designed to appease those who were critical of the boss battles found in the original release.

Being a Director’s Cut release it will also include developer commentaries and in-game guides, while special use of the Wii U’s GamePad is of course a given. It will also offer Miiverse integration.

The publisher has said that the Director’s Cut release will not appear on any other systems.
