A free platform that matches developers, publishers and creators with charity initiatives and causes they care about

– Cause+Select, a new web platform built to connect
people and studios in games with charity campaigns has been announced and is now
officially live in beta stage.

The platform is completely free and accessible to verified
game developers, publishers, and content creators who want to explore upcoming
opportunities to support causes based on their own social impact goals.
Cause+Select allows verified charities and games industry companies and individuals
to meet and collaborate in a friendly, strategic and accessible way.
For Developers, Publishers, and Creators, they can search and filter charity campaigns
by cause, region, access to corporate brands, ambassadors, and more, making it
straightforward to find opportunities that align with their timelines, resources, and
creative goals.

For Charities, Cause+Select provides an easy-to-access resource to get visibility for
their initiatives in need of support. It also is a place where charities can share their
available resources so studios, publishers and creators can easily access them,
fostering collaboration for great causes.
The platform is a joint project between CTRL+IMPACT and ICO, combining deep
industry knowledge with long‐standing experience in strategy, communications, and
charity engagement within the games sector.

good causes, however the reality is that game studios & creators are overwhelmed by
asks and this will continue as more & more charities look to the sector to diversify its
income in response to ongoing geo-political restrictions in funding,” said Wayne

journey simpler. We’re here to help connect the charity & videogame worlds in an
efficient, strategic way that respects the former’s resources & capacity.”

more with campaigns ready for gaming developers, publishers and creators to register
and find charitable causes they want to support.
