Ace Combat Infinity passes 1m downloads

Online dogfighting game Ace Combat Infinity has reached one million downloads worldwide.

The Project Aces-developed and Bandai Namco-published title was released as a free-to-play PS3 exclusive a month and a half ago.

To celebrate the one million download mark, users will be able to receive the Mirage 2000-5 White Tiger plane from July 10th to 31st.

Kazutoki Kono, producer of Ace Combat Infinity, commented: Thank you all very much for your support. We truly appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts.

This is the first time we took up a challenge and released the Ace Combat series as a free-to-play title.

Thanks to the wondrous support of fans of the series, this challenge has passed one million downloads. We will definitely continue to strive for attractive and exciting contents to exceed fans’ expectations and also to achieve greater results. We will continue to do our best to keep our key message: ‘The sky is yours.’”
