LittleBigPlanet Hub: Free-to-play PS3 service launching this year

The latest expansion of the LittleBigPlanet universe is LittleBigPlanet Hub, a free-to-play service set to hit PS3 later this year.

LittleBigPlanet Hub is essentially your very own pod from where you can access a ton of free and paid content to help create and customise your own LBP adventures.

All content available so far in LittleBigPlanet and LittleBigPlanet 2 will be available in Hub, and if you already own either of those games, all the content you purchased there will automatically show up in LittleBigPlanet Hub.

Here are some of the features of LittleBigPlanet Hub:

• A brand new level exclusive to LittleBigPlanet Hub full of items to collect
• Free access to the first worlds (16 levels) from LittleBigPlanet 1 and LittleBigPlanet 2
• Unrestricted access to LittleBigPlanet’s Create Mode
• Weekly challenges

LittleBigPlanet Hub will be available on PSN later this year.
