Polish trading site UK bound

Yet another online games trading portal is to attempt an assault on the UK market.

Gametrade24.co.uk comes from the creators of Polish swapping site Gametrade.pl. That site enjoys around 60k registered users and gets 200k unique hits a month and 10m page views. In total the service has swapped over 100k games.

The company is backed by two venture capitalists – IQ Partners and Xevin Investments (a backer of Filestube.com). The site integrates Facebook Connect.

"If we were able to improve the gamers lives in Poland, I would like to do the same worldwide," CEO Damian Legawiec stated. "The console market continues to increase and we grow together with it.
