EA celebrates 2bn mobile game downloads

If all goes to plan this month will see EA celebrate its two billionth mobile games download.

So pleased is the publisher that it says it will give away 2bn free gifts in a number of its most popular titles between now and December 17th.

Freebies will be appearing in the likes of FIFA 15 Ultimate Team (a gold pack), Bejeweled Blitz (Ice Burrrst rare gem), Heroes of Dragon Age (10k gold per day), Tetris Blitz (10,000 coins), The Sims Freeplay (thumping stereo), Madden NFL Mobile (booster pack) and Monopoly Slots (coins).

EA added of its 2bn downloads that even if you were to download one game per second, 24 hours a day – it would still take you 63 years to hit this number”.
