Ouya to host public E3 event in LA car park

The Ouya team has announced it will hold a public event during E3, right down the road from the LA Convention Center.

E3 attendee or not, anyone in the area will be welcome to stop by the company’s booth – located in a parking lot near the industry expo itself.

The booth plans to showcase titles by developers of the console interested in exhibiting, with hourly demonstrations running for the duration of the three-day event.

E3 runs June 11th-13th. Ouya is set for a retail launch on June 25th in North America and the UK, after slipping from its original June 4th target.
