Evolved Talent Agency signs up Mithy, JDM, Quas and tarik

A group of industry pros including video game and eSports lawyer Ryan Morrison, head of Multi-Channel-Network Paragon Sebastien Delvaux, executive man Trevor Snowden, eSports agent Barry Lee, and law firm partner Jason Greenglass has created the Evolved Talent Agency and aims to represent eSports stars.

The agency will, according to its website, represent stars and help them in areas such as contract negotiation, legal issues and brand building. It sounds very similar to traditional sports player agents.

Evolved is already off to a good start, with Alfonso “Mithy” Aguirre Rodriguez, a player from G2 Esports’ League of Legends team, Diego “Quas” Ruiz, who played in the NA LCS last split, Josh “jdm64” Marzano who is on Liquids CS:GO team and Tarik “tarik” Celik who is part of the OpTic Gaming CS:GO team have all signed to the agency.

“ETA will no longer allow players to sign long deals with small paychecks and abusive terms,” read a press release from the company. “We will put our players in healthy relationships with trustworthy orgs, all while building their personal brand and sponsorship opportunities."
