As part of an extended and improved agreement, Xsolla will be official club sponsor, shirt sponsor and gaming partner until at least the 2027-28 season for the Stevenage FC men’s and women’s teams – featuring prominently on kits worn in all league and cup games, plus replica kits, official YouTube content and social media channels, LED perimeter and screen, digital programme and officially licensed video games.
A fast-growing company offering web stores, in-game payment tools and alternative payment systems, Xsolla helps games publishers and developers of all sizes reach new customers around the world.
“Xsolla came on board for the 2024–25 season, quickly recognising the global potential of our club and our distinctive crossover appeal to football fans and gamers. Their decision to extend the partnership is a huge endorsement of what we’re building here,” said Stevenage FC director Stuart Dinsey.
Digital and matchday activations are planned, such as fan and gamer incentives, plus Xsolla has already donated its shirt logo rights to games charity SpecialEffect for use in at least one game later this season.
Xsolla’s Chief Marketing and Growth Officer Berkley Egenes added: “Stevenage FC shares in our mission and passion for creating connections and fostering innovation.
“This partnership with the club goes far beyond a logo – it’s about bringing video games, sport and culture together in new and exciting ways. We are excited to continue on this journey together to share the love for games on and off the pitch.”
