GAME launched Xbox retail concept store last week

With the industry off in LA last week, GAME and Microsoft saw fit to quietly launch the UK’s first Xbox store.

It is being described as a one-of-a-kind” concept store and is being showcased to the press by GAME next week.

Based at the Boxpark mall in Shoreditch (London E1 6GY), the outlet features playable demo pods, a Microsoft Surface display as well as a range of hardware, software and accessories for sale.

It is probably a safe presumption to assume that it may later emerge as one of the first places in the UK where the public will be able to sample the Xbox One.
