GAMESCOM: Rise of the Tomb Raider dated for November

Tomb Raider sequel Rise of the Tomb Raider is coming to Xbox One this mid-November.

The game, which will be exclusive to Microsoft’s console for a year before its release on PS4, is due out on November 13th.

That’s three days after Fallout 4 and five days before Star Wars Battlefront, for the record.

New gameplay from the title was shown off, too, with lead heroine Lara Croft shown to have a new set of guerrilla combat skills, with a variety of brutal stealth takedowns and evasion techniques.

The titular set of tombs (for raiding) were also shown in a montage, with a range of puzzles, traps, obstacles and enemies on offer for adventuring players.
