Grow Home breaks Ubisoft download records on PSN

Ubisoft has said that Grow Home has become its fastest ever downloaded game on the PlayStation Network.

Grow Home was initially released on Steam in February. A possible console release was touted should the PC release prove successful enough. This came to fruition last month when the game won the first ever PS Plus Vote to Play contest on PSN, meaning it would be offered to free to PS Plus members at launch.

The result? Grow Home was downloaded 2m times by PSN users in its first week.

We are thrilled that BUD has found a new home in the PS4 community,” Ubisoft Reflections producer Pete Young said. Grow Home was a great opportunity for our team to experiment and develop new technology and have fun at the same time.”
