Heroes of the Storm hits open beta, official release set for June

Blizzard’s free-to-play MOBA Heroes of the Storm is now out in open beta for anyone to download and play.

The title entered its open beta phase earlier this week, and according to the developer will officially release on June 2nd. Blizzard states more heroes will be added at that time, and development will continue beyond launch.

Access to the game prior to today had been slightly more restricted, as only those who made an in-game purchase or were invited by someone already playing could get in.
