Combined Effect has today announced that Pim Holfve, the current CEO of Raw Fury, will expand his leadership responsibilities to become CEO of Combined Effect, the growing indie powerhouse group that is building an ecosystem of creative video game publishers and studios.
Holfve’s appointment follows a landmark year of success at Raw Fury, including the launches of Blue Prince, ROUTINE and The Seance of Blake Manor during 2025. Under Holfve’s leadership, Raw Fury continues to demonstrate a commitment to both artistic innovation and commercial performance. Raw Fury’s revenue grew by 43% in 2025 – a new high for the group – and it has achieved a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 29% over the last five years.
“Combined Effect’s purpose is to empower ambitious independent publishers. I know that firsthand from leading Raw Fury,” commented Holfve. “Combined Effect will act as an enabler and catalyst, where publishers and studios within the group can share and learn from each other, supercharging the support they can offer and providing a strong platform for bold developers and original games. Essentially, we offer the best of both worlds, where publishers can grow autonomously but also benefit from shared expertise, industry know-how and a strategic vision for success.”
Mattias Miksche, Chairman of the Combined Effect Board, said: “Pim has already demonstrated exceptional leadership at Raw Fury, guiding it through the most successful year to date. I’m confident that under his direction, the group will continue to champion both artistic and commercially successful titles.”
Jónas Antonsson, Raw Fury founder and Combined Effect board member, added: “During 2025, Pim and I collectively led the group to an incredible result, cementing and building on the successes of past years. As Combined Effect continues to grow, it will stay true to the indie scene and create new opportunities for our partners to succeed globally. I am proud of what we have built and to back Combined Effect, and it is great to have Pim leading the group on this next stage of its journey and future successes.”
