Leading games Quality Assurance provider Testronic is strengthening its global test floor, investing in specialist talent, leadership and commercial expertise.
This investment further elevates Testronic’s capabilities across QA and Language Services, as well as 3D Art solutions that are delivered through Secret 6. Testronic’s worldwide delivery model is built around three Centers of Excellence in New Orleans, Warsaw and Manila, as well as a strong presence in London. Together, these locations bring industry-leading expertise and commercial coverage closer to Testronic’s partners.
New Orleans: Strengthening US partnerships
Testronic’s New Orleans Center of Excellence provides a key base for the company’s US operations and client partnerships. Supporting the Center commercially and clients worldwide are Mike Guttman and Nicole Closson, giving partners access to experienced leadership alongside world-class delivery teams.
Mike Guttman has joined Testronic as Vice President of Global Partnerships, bringing more than two decades of video games experience. He has held senior business development and client partnership roles focused on expanding and strengthening relationships with leading games publishers and developers.
Nicole Closson, Business Development Manager, further enhances commercial coverage, supporting partners in the region and worldwide.
Together with Mike Fitzgerald – who leads Testronic’s global commercial strategy and was recently appointed as Chief Revenue Officer – the team provides a clear point of connection between Testronic’s New Orleans expertise and the company’s wider global capabilities.
Warsaw: Investing in European expertise and leadership
In Europe, Testronic continues to invest in its Warsaw Center of Excellence, strengthening both its specialist QA leadership and its commercial coverage.
Mateusz Kałuża has recently been appointed QA Director, Warsaw, following more than 10 years at Lionbridge Games in senior testing positions. His experience includes leading major game projects such as Minecraft and numerous other globally recognized titles. Mateusz will play a central role in developing the expertise and capabilities of the Warsaw Center of Excellence, ensuring clients can access the specialist QA knowledge they require.
Kałuża said: “Warsaw brings together deep QA expertise, experience and a real understanding of what developers need from a testing partner. Our continued investment in the team ensures we grow that expertise locally, fully connect it with Testronic’s wider global capabilities and deliver consistently for partners wherever they are based.”
Kałuża will provide operational support for Warsaw and Testronic’s European partners, alongside global commercial support from Lily Guerreiro who joins as Global Partnerships Senior Manager. She previously served as Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios, where she helped drive international growth and strategic client engagement.
Manila: Developing specialist capability and talent
Testronic’s Manila Center of Excellence is also benefiting from continued investment in people and skills.
Daniel Bowie Soriano joins as Senior QA Manager, bringing almost two decades of testing experience within the games industry and beyond.
He is joined by Ivan Balanay as QA Trainer, whose experience includes roles at Accenture and Ubisoft. Ivan’s appointment further supports Testronic’s investment in developing the Testronic Academy and building the next generation of QA expertise.
The Manila Center of Excellence is a core component of Testronic’s global test floor, providing scalable delivery and specialist knowledge across time zones.
London: Connecting global capabilities
Alongside its three Centers of Excellence, London represents Testronic’s fourth key location and provides an important point of connection across the company’s global operations.
Committed to empowering the next level in play, Testronic’s Centers of Excellence in New Orleans, Warsaw, Manila and London create a connected international network. Across its sites, Testronic brings together QA, Language Services and 3D Art solutions, along with industry-leading commercial capabilities and client partnership teams.
The investment in these locations reflects Testronic’s strategy of putting experienced people close to its partners while ensuring every client can draw on expertise from across the wider organisation.
Testronic Chief Revenue Officer, Mike Fitzgerald, said: “Our Centers of Excellence bring together talented people, specialist expertise and leadership, and connect those capabilities across a genuinely global organisation.
The investments we are making in New Orleans, Warsaw and Manila, alongside our presence in London, further strengthen the expertise available to our partners. By continuing to invest in outstanding people, we can deliver an exceptional Player-Focused, Partner-First and Outcomes-Led service to our clients.”
The continued investment in Testronic’s people and Centers of Excellence reinforces the company’s position as a trusted strategic partner to the global games industry and its vision of leading the world in making games incredible.
