Future launches new MMO mag

Future is tapping into a rapidly growing online gaming phenomenon with a free monthly magazine, What MMO.

As the name suggests, the 16-page title focuses on MMO games and will be inserted into 150,000 copies of Future’s PC computing and games magazines – including PC Gamer, PC Format, PC Zone and Windows Vista: The Official Magazine.

Publisher for Future’s computing and games portfolios, Richard Keith, said:

PC gaming is in a massive period of change – with the way people buy, play and respond to games rapidly evolving. Future is adapting its PC portfolio to reflect this fast-moving landscape, with What MMO and our new live event, PC Gamer Showdown at the forefront of our developments.

"What MMO gives Future the chance to give more attention to the rapidly expanding MMO universe – allowing us to connect directly with players and advertisers alike.”
