Mega Coffee goes on sale

Loading has launched a brand of games-themed Mega Coffee which is available to buy online at gadget retailer Firebox.

The 14.99 coffee is made from nine different types of ethically-sourced coffee beans and a portion of each sale goes to gaming charity SpecialEffect. It’s produced by games caf Loading in conjunction with specialist Base Coffee.

When I opened I couldn’t understand why places skimped on coffee, when it was one of the things with a better margin,” said Loading founder James Dance.

To begin with we’re just launching it through Firebox. We also sell the blend as unground beans which would be a great addition to independent cafs and gaming spots with coffee facilities.”

Loading is currently seeking investment for new outlets in London and across the UK.
