Volume PS Vita release delayed ‘a couple weeks’

Volume developer Mike Bithell has announced a slight delay for the PS Vita release of the forthcoming stealth adventure title.

A post by Bithell on the game’sofficial sitereveals the game will arrive a couple weeks” after launch on PS4 and PC later this week.

It’s so very nearly ready, but it needs a little more love,” Bithell wrote. A few personal problems and issues have slowed down our submittal, so even though the game is ‘done’ on Vita, we still have some QA process to go through (because that stuff matters).”

The developer adds that, despite the delay, the previously announced PS4/Vita cross-buy offer for the game will remain intact.

The PC edition of Volume launches globally August 18thon Steam, alongside the PS4 version in North America. Europe PS4 users get the game the following day on August 19th.
