Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes release date and Xbox exclusive content confirmed

Konami has announced a concrete release date for Phantom Pain precursor Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes.

It will hit PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360 on March 20th in Europe.

The publisher has also confirmed that the Xbox versions will get some exclusive content of their own in the form of the Jamais Vu mission that sees players controlling ninja cyborg Raiden.

It was last month confirmed that the PlayStation SKUs will include the exclusive retro-themed MGS1 Deja-Vu content.

MGS creator Hideo Kojima admitted earlier this month that he didn’t really want to release Ground Zeroes and Phantom pain separately but felt forced to do so after realising the wait for the ‘full’ Metal Gear Solid V would likely to be a long one.
