Miguel Caron joins Shadowgun developer

New studio head for Madfinger Games

Shadowgun, Dead Trigger and Unkilled studio Madfinger Games has recruited a new studio head.

Miguel Caron joins the Czech mobile outlet, having previously worked at Funcom, Behaviour Interactive and NCSoft West.

“I’ve longed to jump into the mobile gaming arena in order to help teams thrive and bring core gaming experiences to the platform,” said Caron.

"There’s no better company than Madfinger to achieve this goal, and players across the world will love what we have to show this year and for years to come.”

Co-founder and CEO Marek Rabas added: "I’m incredibly excited to have Miguel join our team.

“He has a proven track record of leading unique and daring projects in the PC space, and we’re beyond thrilled to see how he can bring the same innovation and passion to our catalogue of mobile games."

Madfinger added that it would continue its hiring spree, “beginning a large effort to hire new talent and further strengthen the team” ahead of its planned announcement of an ‘industry-shaking’ new title later in 2016.
