Namco Bandai signs three indie publishing deals

Three indie games have signed digital publishing deals with Namco Bandai Europe.

The first is team-based space combat simulator GoD Factory: Wingmen from Nine Dots Studio, which will be released on PC, Mac and Linux.

Then there’s Magiko Soft’s retro outing Platformines. That will be released for PC on Steam on March 28th. Completing the set is Beware Planet Earth from Lightmare Studio, which is heading to iPhone and iPad and, for the first time, Steam.

We’re very pleased to be able to continue supporting independent developers and to encourage the amazing creativity in the scene,” said Namco Bandai Europe’s Kevin senior VP of production Yanagihara.

Indie fans are already giving a lot of support to GoD Factory: Wingmen, Platformines and Beware Planet Earth, and as a publisher it’s great to be able to provide them with the platform and support they need to reach the bigger audiences that these brilliant games deserve.”
