New Metal Gear title for PSP

As if by some sort of choreographed miracle, Konami’s much-discussed teaser site has today changed to depict a glowing range of sunshine – just as it was revealed that a new Metal Gear Solid title is heading to PSP.

As part of John Koller’s leaked PSP Go video, the Sony exec confirms that a new Metal Gear title is heading to Sony’s platform.

If that indeed is the reveal that Konami has been building toward then it will leave the many who had hoped for a Metal Gear Solid 5 revelation disappointed.

Whether the new game will be a brand new MGS proper or an updated version of the Tactics or Acid branches of the brand is yet to be seen – expect the mystery to be solved at Sony’s E3 press conference tomorrow.
