Nintendo strove for global Humble Bundle, says NoA

The unfortunate region lock situation surrounding Nintendo’s Humble Nindie Bundle promotion is something the company hopes to change, a Nintendo of America rep claims.

Damon Baker – an employee of Nintendo of America’s marketing department – said as much on Twitter, explaining the company spent months trying to make the offer global.

Baker added that there’s still a possibility of the Nindie Bundle’s region lock being lifted. As of today, there’s still 12 more days left in the promo’s run.

The Humble Nindie Bundle launched earlier this week, featuring a mix of 3DS and Wii U digital offerings for various price levels. The bundle is currently available only in North, Central and South America (except Brazil).
