PS4 Playroom may get bundled with console

Playroom – the E3 PS4 tech demo that showed off the console’s camera and controller functionality – could be released as a full game.

Playroom featured a number of quirky video game that showed off the new controller, its touch pad, the rumble features and the new PlayStation camera.

It was one of the most popular demos at Sony’s various E3 booths, and as a result it may now be getting a full release. A release that was not previously planned.

SCEA senior producer Tsubasa Inaba told Polygon: Conceptionally it follows the DNA of the PS Vita Welcome Park.

And when asked if it could be bundled in the console, he said: Perhaps. We hope to have a more definitive answer to that question in the next month or two.”
