AUS: Zombie R18+ protests return

For the second year running, hundreds of games fans have gathered in Sydney to campaign for the introduction of an R18+ age rating for video games in the country, Kotaku reports.

And, much like in 2009, the masses chose to dress up like the undead and shuffle appropriately from their gathering place in Hyde Park.

The campaign for changes to Australia’s games rating system has been a long one, and looks to have received its most significant boost yet with recent news that famed opponent to new laws Michael Atkinson is stepping down – and his replacement John Rau is said to be in favour of introducing an R18+ rating.
