Bandai Namco is releasing a lumberjack simulator on PS4 and Xbox One

There’s a game called Professional Lumberjack 2016. And it’s going to be released on next-gen consoles.

Bandai Namco has announced that Professional Lumberjack 2016 will be released on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS3 and Wii U – yes, Wii U – on November 30th.

Its chum Professional Farmer 2016 will arrive on the same formats on October 30th.

In Professional Lumberjack 2016 players manage their mighty crew of cutters, create a prosperous sawmill and expand their woodland business in a realistic world ruled by the different seasons,” the blurb reads, before ingeniously adding: A great lumberjack knows their Bigtooth Aspen from a Slippery Elm.

To get the job done, players must understand each tree and identify the right tool in order to gain the greatest return on their hard work in the most efficient way possible.”
