Ignition title to also be released on Xperia Play

El Shaddai heading to Android

Ignition Entertainment has announced Xbox 360 and PS3 game El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron will be released on mobile platform Android.

Famitsu have revealed the beat ‘em up will take the form of a 2D side scroller but it is not known whether it will be a new adventure or based on its console counterpart.

It will also be made available on Sony’s recently announced Xperia Play.

El Shaddai was released in Europe on 9th September and has so far failed to make the Chart-Track UK Top 40 sales chart.
