FIFA 12 gets pre-order extras

EA is shelling out some extra digital goodies for those who pre-order September’s FIFA 12.

Customers who pre-order the GAME and Gamestation exclusive FIFA 12: Ultimate Edition will get 24 free Ultimate Team Gold Packs, for use with the Ultimate Team game mode.

They will be available at a rate of four packs per month for six months.

Anyone who pre-orders the Special edition from any other UK retailer will get 18 Gold Packs, dished out at a rate of three for month for six months.

FIFA 12 will be released on September 30th. It will be the first entry in the series to incorporate EA’s new Football Club social networking features.

The game’s RRP is believed to have been set at 54.99.
