Mad Max motion comic introduces Max’s sidekick, Chumbucket

Warner Bros has just released the first two instalments of the Mad Max motion comics, which delve into the back story of Avalanche’s upcoming open-world game.

The first two parts of the motion comic detail how Max meets his faithful engineer and sidekick, Chumbucket.

We had a chance to watch Mad Max in action at a behind-closed-doors preview at E3, and came away quite impressed.

Mad Max is scheduled for release in 2014 on PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, Xbox One and PC. Check out the first two chapters of the motion comic below.
