New Call of Juarez goes modern

Ubisoft is taking its Call of Juarez in a brand new direction with The Cartel.

This third instalment in the FPS series is set in the present day, but features Wild West weapons, costumes and other elements the franchise is known for.

The game is due for release on 360, PS3 and PC this summer and sees players battling from Los Angeles to Juarez, Mexico.

Call of Juarez: The Cartel is an action-packed shooter game with a strong story, interesting characters and a wide variety of gameplay options,” said Caroline Stevens, EMEA Brand director at Ubisoft.

The game will bring the best elements of the Wild West into modern times with a very gritty and relevant plot.”
