Peggle 2 arrives on PS4 in October

Peggle 2 will end its Xbox exclusivity next month when it launches on PlayStation 4, developer PopCap has revealed.

A post on Peggle’s official Twitter account shows the game boasting PlayStation 4 box art – which could suggest a physical release is in store, though neither PopCap nor publisher EA has yet to confirm anything on that front.

It’s also unclear how the two currently available DLC packs for the game will be distributed on the PlayStation side.

The sequel initially launched on Xbox One near the end of 2013, and subsequently released on Xbox 360 this past May.

Peggle 2 hits PS4 on October 14th.
