PSN data linked to LulzSec arrest

The teenager arrested in connection with a recent craze of website hacks will have his possessions examined for evidence linking him to the PSN attack, Scotland Yard has told Develop.

The Metropolitan Police today arrested a 19 year-old Essex man in connection with a wave of website security breaches.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police told Develop that the suspect was specifically charged in connection with a DDOS attack on the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) website.

But Scotland Yard believes there may be another link, between the hacker and the attack on the PlayStation Network.

Develop has the full story.
