PSP gets price cut Down Under

Sony Australia has cut the price for the PSP in the region.

As of today, the UMD-based handheld will retail for $189.95, according to VG247.

The news follows similar price cuts to the PSP in the US and Europe. However, Sony told MCV last week that there are no plans to drop the price in the UK.

Sony Australia also gave a launch date for Qriocity, the company’s cloud-based music service. It will go live in Australia on April 14th.
