Ratchet & Clank Collection releases August 28th in US

The Ratchet & Clank Collection has at last been given a release date for North America.

The collection has been dated for release stateside on August 28th through retail and PSN, according to the US Playstation blog.

It will run $29.99 and includes HD updates of the first three Ratchet & Clank titles on PS2. Online multiplayer in Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal still works in the PS3 version as well.

As a way to make up for the delay, the release will include ‘exclusive first access’ to a demo for Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time.

The Ratchet & Clank Collection was released late last month in Europe.
