Sony takes Wonderbook on huge UK tour

Consumers will get a chance to go hands-on with Wonderbook and JK Rowling’s Book of Spells during a lengthy tour of the UK.

Taking in eight venues across between September 13th and December 2nd, the tour is set to include various interactive elements, as well as promotions and prizes designed to drive kids and families into stores. The tour will run for 47 days in total.

It follows the debut of Wonderbook at HMV Oxford Street over the August bank holiday weekend.

The tour will primarily focus on Wonderbook, although other kids and family products from first and third parties will be shown. Meanwhile, PlayStation staff will also be on hand to demonstrate PlayStation Vita.

Wonderbook and Book of Spells will be released in three bundles. A solus pack which features the Wonderbook accessory and Book of Spells software for 30.99, a bundle which includes the book, the software, the PlayStation Eye and PlayStation Move for 70.99, and a set which includes the PlayStation 3 console (price TBC).
