GAME hosting EA lock-in events; Play Dead Space 3 early

UK retailer GAME is to host a number of EA lock-ins” across the country.

The events will invite gamers to hang around after hours and get hands-on with a number of pre-release EA titles, starting with Dead Space 3. And pig out on free food and drink.

Customers will have to register for the events, which kick off this Sunday (January 6th) at GAME’s Westfield Stratford store. Those interested can either register in-store or online by tweeting their store of choice.

Participants must be over 18 and spaces are limited.

We are extremely excited about partnering with EA to offer customers an exclusive sneak peek at their latest titles at the upcoming lock-ins,” marketing director Anna-Marie Mason stated.

They’re going to be really fun events where the gaming community can get together to test out the latest games and swap notes with a drink in hand and snacks on tap – what more could you want?”
