Gem growth continues

UK distributor Gem has filled another key position as Philip Munro joins its ranks.

Munro has been named as business development manager for non-home entertainment categories.

His appointment is the latest part of Gem’s new vision, as the firm vies to expand its operations and seize a larger share of the UK’s distribution scene. Last month, Gem hired former GAME exec Alex Croft.

I’m delighted to have Philip on the team,” said Gem’s UK general manager Darren Houghton.

We now have a full roster of senior personnel covering all development aspects of the market.

Philip is ideally suited to delivering new and exciting opportunities for our Gem Logistics operation.”
