Prime Now one-hour Amazon delivery arrives in UK

Retailer Amazon has rolled out its new range of quick delivery options to some parts of the UK.

Prime Now, which for an additional 6.99 on top of Amazon prime membership offers to deliver orders within the hour, is now available in Central London and Birmingham. Over 10,000 items are currently included in the available range.

Same-Day Delivery, meanwhile, is available in a slightly wider range of London addresses and offers delivery of items ordered before noon between 6pm-10pm on the same day. One million items are currently available under this scheme.

Next-Day Delivery remains an included perk for Amazon Prime members, along with Prime Video, Prime Music, online photo storage and Kindle Rental usage.
