PS3 price cut ad push begins

Sony has kicked off its UK marketing campaign to promote the PS3 price cut.

A six-sheet version of the ad seen in full below will feature in over 5,000 roadside posters across the country from Monday.In addition, national ads will litter the press across the coming weeks kicking off with a spot in Metro this morning.

Sony announced at Gamescom on Tuesday that it was to cut the RRP of the machine to just 199.99, as revealed by MCV in June.

The discounts immediately filtered through the High Street, with 160GB models now available for as little as 190.
