PS4 outselling Xbox One 3.5-to-1 in Spain, Sony claims

The sales advantage enjoyed by PS4 in the UK and US is being seen in Spain as well.

In fact, if Sony’s claims are correct that its machine is outpacing Microsoft’s to an even greater extent in the region.

PlayStation’s Spanish CEO James Armstrong told Meristation that since its release in the territory on November 29th PS4 has sold 80,000 units. That, he claims, represents a ratio of around 3.5-to-1 over Microsoft’s Xbox One.

Note that Xbox One launched in Spain a week before PS4.

In both the UK and US PS4 has been outpacing Xbox One by around 66 per cent.
