RSG and Namco strike Harvest Moon deal

Publisher Rising Star Games has announced a fresh deal with Namco Bandai that will see that firm handle distribution duties for both Harvest Moon: Animal Parade on Wii and Harvest Moon: Sunshine Islands on DS next month.

The deal applies to EMEA regions.

The Harvest Moon series has a very strong heritage of delivering consistently high quality games, so it’s with great pleasure that we will be bringing these two latest iterations in the series to our markets,” Namco Bandai’s VP of third parties Alberto Gonzlez Lorca stated.

We’re looking forward to working with the team at Rising Star to maximise their potential and reach new fans.”

Rising Star Games MD Martin Defries added: The Harvest Moon games have enjoyed a strong European following for over a decade. With Namco Bandai Partners we have a distributor with proven effectiveness in these markets who can continue to strengthen that position and grow the potential of this fantastic series.
