Telltale’s The Walking Dead heading to retail

Telltale Games has announced a retail version of its thus far acclaimed adventure game take on The Walking Dead, heading for stores in time for the holidays.

The developer revealed on Twitter that copies will be available in US shops for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 on December 4th.

The boxed version will make its way to Europe as well, but a date is still being determined. No pricing details provided either for any region.

The downloadable flavor of The Walking Dead began launching episodically back in April. The game has currently released three of the five packaged episodes.
