SONY: Last of Us goes down a storm at E3

Highly anticipated PS3 new IP The Last of Us received huge praise at this year’s Sony pre-E3 press conference.

The post-apocalyptic title from developers Naughty Dog was demoed on stage and showed a visceral fight between the game’s hero and a band of warriors. It also demonstrated the game’s survival elements, with a lack of ammo clearly a key gameplay consideration.

The title received loud whooping and cheers from the crowd at Sony’s press conference as the demo drew to a close.

However, a release window for the game was not announced.

Naughty Dog is renowned for creating the award-winning Uncharted series.
